Im trying to pay my bills on the app and it just stays on the loading screen and doesnt allow me to do anything. Please fix this

This app is awful. I have had issues with the app and my account from Day 1. Too bad, because the TV lineup is fantastic.
Bill pay hasnt worked for me for the last few months. The app (and the web site) has no place to report issues with the app.

After a year of avoiding this app because of its poor performance, I gave it another try. And guess what? As soon as I open it on my iPad Pro, it crashes instantly. Seriously, how can a multi-billion dollar corporation produce an app that is so awful?
Very poor app for handling Verizon email. Emails either dont load or the app just spins & spins & spins. Happens on both iPad and iPhone with full 5 bar iPhone signal & 75/75 fios wifi service. How can you allow email to be broken for all these years & releases? Embarrassing for VZ!

This app blows. No option to "delete all" and painfully slow to load. Crashes.
My app doesnt have Internet as part of my services,list so I cant manage the router. When I contacted support they said I cant manage he router except from my home pc. The,pictures clearly show router management. 2 different techs basically wrote me off, so the app is kind of useless to me.

Even though at this very moment I am signed into the account via the browser, it keeps telling me auth failed! Terrible program, so frustrating...
Worked fine before the latest revision. Now it opens up, lets you sign in then crashes every time. Needs to be fixed on iPad. IPhone version works fine on my iPhone 6.
... honestly, the billing info displayed in the app home screen has never accurate for me, but whenever I tap View Details, everything listed there seems correct. Pls fix to save folk a couple of unnecessary taps just to see their accurate billing total & due date, or remove the My Bill amount altogether from the apps main home screen as it often displays inaccurate or old billing amounts.
Most of the time impossible to log in. Pain!!
