Like the router feature...

How in the Heck do you push out an update that takes away main features that people use. The call log feature and the VM access are gone?!?? Seriously Verizon???

I can no longer monitor who is on my wifi via parental control. It continually say syncing with router.

It was great until this past week. Doesnt recognize touch id or my password- i change it - all good till next time I sign in. Its annoying to change password every day or so. Please fix these New bugs

Doesnt show emails properly and the prompts are very confusing. The "delete" prompt makes it is way too easy to delete emails!!! I deleted an old friends email with no return information and I didnt even realize it until I checked in the trash!!! Im furious with this app!!! No stars!!!

Really did they not test this piece of crap before releasing it? Doubtful as it crashes as soon as it opens. Using an iPad Air 2. If Comcasts reliability was not pure junk here, I would switch in a minute.

I saw TouchID when it the update was released but I dont. AND dont even see the option to use it. Tried downloading the app again and nothing, no wonder you only have 2 stars. GET IT TOGETHER!

This app wont stay open for more than a few seconds; it crashes every single time. Useless.

Thanks Verizon for you loyalty as a provider, now we are part of frontier thanks to you. YOU FAIL AS A PROVIDER in California, is this the way how you end your relationship with your customers send them to a different carrier ? I will never be a Verizon customer in my life again.

Im a kid and I hate this app, my parents now can be able to control everything I have.

Ive enjoyed this app for a couple of years now, especially the Trending NOW feature. But its been frozen for almost two months. I chatted with someone then, after spending far too long connecting, who claimed to fix it, but didnt. Im writing this in the hope that these reviews are read by FOIS; the app appears designed to make it almost impossible to communicate with someone. Please fix Trending NOW so it updates. FYI I deleted the app and re-installed it a week later hoping to to re-start Trending NOW, but no dice. These people are incompetent.

This could be a really GREAT app, if only it worked. It doesnt crash, but doesnt do what its supposed to, that is, let you read your mail, voicemail, etc. It just sits there and and tells you theres no new mail for 3 day, when you know there are a dozen new messages. This is really ANNOYING. App is Verizons excuse for failing to provide a mobile webmail for any browser. Is to unable to retrieve data from Verizon most of time. Kill & restart sometimes forces it to load a few days of email & missed calls. Shows & lets you listen to Voicemail without needing to call. This would be great if it worked reliably. It doesnt. You can see what calls you missed at your fios voice. Like a remote caller-ID w/ history. This is really cool, when it works. The only "error" message that I normally get is that there is no Wifi. Vz provided Wifi works in all other apps & devices. Verizon app could help diagnose Vz wifi, but no such luck. It does display your fios router password & you cant hide it. Suggest non-Vz email & dump this App.

This app would be as useful if you were using it without any internet or cell coverage, and running it on an iPhone that had no batteries.
