This app never works, it just loads and loads. Complete trash.

It doesnt crash but it wont open anything. Cant pay my bill.

I like the app but the apps features never work. I always get a message to wait 1-2 minutes and try again or call Verizon. I would give the app 5 stars if the calling features worked from my cell phone. Step your game up Verizon!

App crashes upon opening on an iPad 2 air. Back to the drawing board for this gem

Thumbprint logon works on iPhone but this version crashes and is useless on both my iPads.

Thus latest update only added crashes to the app

The last update added a "type the letters and/or numbers you see" to prove you are human verification step that has yet to work after multiple attempts. All its managed to do is keep me out of my own device management. PITA.

The App crashes upon access. As soon as the app opens it closes immediately. I received notice that I changed my account to fingerprint sign in and I hadnt, now the app doesnt work at all....just what I need, another failed app!

This app makes using Fios easy. Only downside is email feature, it crashes often or deletes my inbox emails on its own. Syncing and opening emails also takes a lot of time or emails do not open at all.

Constantly crashing with the new version. Both on iPhone 6 and new iPad. Frustrating to say the least.

Email function within the app crashes all the time. I always get an error message stating that mail cannot be retrieved. Please please please fix the email function, or make a separate app for emails only. This issue has gone on for years!

It starts up on my iPad under 9.3.1, it seems to log me in, I see my main Verizon page and then it crashes over and over and over again. It was rock solid before this last update and now is totally worthless
